Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Key Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with physicians or managers to assess patient needs
  • Conducting routine physical assessments systematically
  • Contributing to care plans for identified patient issues
  • Upholding patient rights, including privacy and the right to refuse care
  • Providing patient education to foster self-care and independence
  • Adhering to company policies and departmental protocols
  • Assisting physicians with specialized procedures

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Active Indiana RN license required
  • Current BLS certification necessary
  • Preferred experience as a registered nurse

Licenses/Certifications:

  • BLS certification
  • Indiana RN license
