Hotel Night Auditor Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at High Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing revenue and expense transactions, maintaining the safety and security of our guests and co-workers, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with arrival and departure

Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations

Cash handling and posting night audit reports

Maintain hotel safety and security standards

Communicate hotel facilities and services to guests

Maintain daily logs and deliver express check-out receipts and newspapers as needed

Requirements

A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to handle money accurately

Reading, math, and communication skills

General knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing preferred

Ability to work weekends and holidays required
