Collision Advice is a comprehensive consulting firm specializing in the autobody collision industry. We provide expert training, coaching, and consulting services tailored for autobody repair facilities. We are seeking a knowledgeable professional with a strong accounting background in the autobody sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate can reside anywhere within the USA. This role will involve both onsite visits to collaborate directly with repair shops and remote work from home. The balance between travel and remote work will be influenced by the candidate's compensation expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using CCC's management software.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with dealership accounting systems such as CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar platforms. Candidates with a dealership background should possess the ability to extract detailed information and assist in creating specific sub-accounts.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- An analytical mindset to assess profit and loss statements and conduct comparative analyses.
- Understanding of Work In Progress (WIP) adjustments, month-end closing procedures, and the reconciliation of management systems for autobody facilities, including receivables and prepayments with the accounting system.
Benefits:
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skill set. Collision Advice offers health insurance, covering 50% of the employee's premium, with the employee responsible for the remaining 50% for themselves and their family. Additionally, Collision Advice contributes 10% of the employee's salary to a 401(k) plan on a weekly basis, regardless of employee contributions. We also provide paid vacation, holidays, and flexible working hours.
