Qualifications and Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum One Year Work Experience - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Ability to Perform Activities of Daily Living - Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other daily tasks.
  • Light Housekeeping - Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for our clients.
  • Range of Motion/Exercises - Assist clients with exercises and mobility to maintain their independence.
  • Transfers/Use of Mechanical Lifting Devices - Safely transfer clients and use mechanical lifting devices as needed.
  • Oral Feeding - Assist clients with eating and drinking.
  • Vital Sign Checks - Monitor clients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Home Management Tasks - Assist with laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks.
  • Assisting with Ambulation - Help clients with walking and mobility.
  • Medication Assistance - Assist clients with taking their medications.
