Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at St. David's Georgetown Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Direct, monitor, and evaluate the care delegated to non-licensed personnel on the team.
  • Administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy.
  • Review and verify physician orders, ensure accurate documentation, and notify other departments as needed.
  • Provide accurate and relevant patient information reports to the Charge Nurse and on-coming shift to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program and/or current enrollment in an Alternative Entry Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – preferred.
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License.
