ProCare Therapy: Speech Language Pathologist Position

Located in Shiloh, Illinois, this Fulltime 24/25 position requires a minimum of 1+ year speech therapy experience. Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a contract position in the Shiloh, Illinois area. This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about helping students reach their full communication potential and are looking for a rewarding position in an educational setting.

Job Description

This position offers:

  • Fulltime (37.5 hours/week) with onsite preference
  • 2024-2025 school year
  • Multiple openings with a caseload assigned based on preference

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Developing individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results, IEP objectives, and input from parents, teachers, and other team members
  • Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students, including articulation therapy, language intervention, fluency therapy, and social communication skills training
  • Collaborating with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans and activities
  • Monitoring student progress, documenting therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and professional standards
Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
  • School experience preferred, but not required
  • An Illinois SLP license with CCCs or CF
