Salary Information

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $60 per hour, plus eligible overtime pay, shift differentials, and holiday/Sunday premium pay. As an employee of CRH, you will also receive comprehensive training and support to enhance your skills and career growth.

About the Position

This role requires experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a Cardiac Step Down Unit. You will be assigned to units based on your prior experience caring for patients with similar acuity and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for patients with various medical conditions, including NSTEMI/STEMI, post-PCI with radial band removal, cardiac arrhythmias, and other related conditions.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current Indiana license or a Multi-State Compact License as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a similar setting.

Ongoing Commitment

We are seeking candidates who are willing to commit to at least 6 weeks, with extensions possible. To ensure continuity of care, we require our Staffing Reserve RNs to participate in weekend and holiday schedules. This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking, and lifting/moving objects weighing more than 50 pounds.
