- Plan, organize, and execute conventions and events from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly, meeting the highest standards of quality and service.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective cost control.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future events.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in convention services or event planning, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
