Job Title: iCode Assistant Campus Director

At iCode Bridgewater, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Campus Director. This position is responsible for the daily activities of our campus, ensuring the success of our students and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed student enrollment goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Hire and train competent staff, including the Assistant Director and all Class Instructors.
  • Properly schedule all classes and staff.
  • Establish partnerships with public/private schools and local businesses.
  • Coordinate and participate in off-campus events.
  • Establish After-School programs with local schools.
  • Promote participation of the iCode Scholarship program to local schools.
  • Effectively manage all company operational procedures, including expense control, inventory management, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the company's database and CRM systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary campus on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • Strong selling skills and ability to close enrollment transactions.
  • Outgoing personality and skilled at developing business relationships at all levels, including with students, parents, instructors, local schools, and businesses.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to quickly learn new operational systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and flexible work schedule.
Work Schedule:

Must be flexible to work shifts during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as requested.
