As an ER Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of providing compassionate and community-focused healthcare.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect patient care services, utilizing technical and manual skills to meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
- Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, demonstrating knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- IV certification upon hire; Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.
- Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
