Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ER Nurse to join our team at Incredible Health in Hiram, GA.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
  • Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
  • Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
  • Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment
  • Participate in code blue and emergency situations
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 1+ years of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting preferred
  • ACLS, PALS certification preferred
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
