Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Case Management Team in the New York City office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in securities litigation and excellent research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research using various databases and tools, including Westlaw, LexisNexis, and BloombergLaw.
  • Prepare and finalize legal documents, including briefs and complaints.
  • Assist with the retrieval of rules and regulations.
  • Organize and track case files, maintain reference files, and manage outlook calendar deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support on other tasks within the department.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm, with securities litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience with e-filing or assisting in e-filing in federal district courts.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in using various research tools.
  • Strong word processing and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
