Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and advanced education in primary care, as well as a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing generalized healthcare services, including health maintenance and clinical management of acute and chronically ill patients.
- Assessing the health status of patients through medical histories, examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evaluations.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing and advanced education in primary care.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Dependable automobile with insurance.
- Ability to pass a urinalysis test, fitness for duty, criminal background, and credentialing clearance.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster, recent TB test, MMR, TDAP, and Hepatitis B vaccine.
