Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. This includes managing the front desk operation during the overnight shift, typically from 11pm to 7am. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and making reservations
  • Preparing daily reports and balancing transactions
  • Conducting security walks and ensuring the hotel's safety and security
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest requests
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
