Job Summary

As a Courier/DOT, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages in a safe and efficient manner. You will provide excellent customer service, check shipments for accuracy, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service
  • Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle assigned
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance
  • Good human relations and verbal communication skills
  • Neat appearance and ability to work in a constant state of alertness
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in delivery or transportation
  • Knowledge of FedEx features of service and regulations
