As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our venue, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, including floors, walls, glass doors and panels, restrooms, and other high-touch areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles in assigned areas and maintain cleanliness of custodial equipment.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of needed items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Custodian and/or Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and ability to read and understand English.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs without mechanical assistance and comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in janitorial or related field.
Working Environment
  • Office environment with some exposure to chemicals used for cleaning.
  • Irregular hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as determined by event schedule.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to read printed words and numbers in printed form and on computer/terminal monitor.
  • Hearing sufficient to clearly hear voices, alarms, bells, and horns.
  • Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination and daily lifting up to 50 lbs for up to 5 minutes at a time.
