Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. As a key member of our corporate law department, you will be responsible for providing expert support in the development and underwriting of insurance policies that protect clients from merger and acquisition risks.

• Assessing merger and acquisition deal risks
• Optimizing risk management and coverage strategies
• Minimizing impacts of unforeseen circumstances
• Supporting claims team in review, negotiation, and settlements

• 5-10 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, and Taxation
• Strong understanding of investment banking, financial accounting, and critical dynamics of transactions
• Ability to provide expert support in the preparation of submissions and indication summaries, placement and underwriting process, negotiations, and client support

• Competitive salary range of $250,000 to $400,000 per year
