As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and priorities, and connect them with solutions that meet their needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
