We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to provide exceptional customer experiences at Qdoba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive top-notch service, from greeting them upon arrival to serving food and beverages. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Table Preparation: Ensure restaurant tables are set with special attention to sanitation and order.
  • Customer Service: Attend to customers upon entrance, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections.
  • Order Taking and Serving: Take and serve orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude.
  • Cash Handling: Issue bills and accept payment in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.
  • Cash Handling: Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Focus: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
  • Responsibility: Demonstrate responsible and trustworthy behavior.

What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate starting at $10.00, with an additional $1.50 per hour for perfect attendance.
