Job Description

As a Design Build Manager at Spartan Construction Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the design-build delivery process for commercial construction projects. This role ensures seamless integration of design, preconstruction, and field operations teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design-build process, ensuring alignment between design, preconstruction, and construction activities.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve client goals and project milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on design-build projects.
  • Proven track record of managing design-build delivery, from concept to completion.
