As a Transit Operator, you will play a crucial role in connecting individuals to essential services such as employment, healthcare, education, and recreational activities. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our passengers experience safe and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a transit bus, ensuring the safe and timely transport of passengers.
- Welcome passengers, manage fare payments, and maintain a secure environment.
- Accurately report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to guarantee a safe and pleasant journey for all passengers.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Drive in various traffic and weather conditions.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry items above shoulder height without assistance.
- Navigate stairs with ease.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver's license in good standing and the ability to obtain a CDL permit.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Punctuality and a strong emphasis on attendance are required.
