Host/Hostess

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Manage the waiting list, ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner and informed of any delays.
• Monitor the dining room, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and addressing any guest concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the server team to ensure seamless service, and communicate effectively with guests about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Assist with maintaining the restaurant's appearance, including restrooms, waiting area, and menus.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
