Regional Van Truckload Opportunity

Are you a skilled CDL-A driver looking for a predictable and lucrative career path? Schneider's Western 11 Regional Van Truckload job offers the perfect blend of stability, competitive pay, and work-life balance.

Average Weekly Pay: $1,030-$1,260

Home Time: Every three weeks, giving you ample time to rest and recharge with your loved ones.

Experience: All CDL holders welcome; no prior experience necessary.

Predictable Power Lanes
  • Schedule consistent power lanes with high freight volumes, ensuring maximum drive time and minimal downtime.
  • No surprises here - dispatches are planned in advance, allowing for seamless planning and execution.
  • Haul 95% no-touch freight with dry van trailers, making loading and unloading efficient and stress-free.
  • Detailed routes take you across the Western 11 states, exploring new places while enjoying familiar surroundings.
Rewarding Compensation Package
  • Mileage pay plus hourly pay for on-duty hours not spent driving.
  • Weekly performance bonuses, recognizing your hard work and dedication.
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid out in 12 monthly installments.
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid out over 12 months.
  • Paid orientation ensures a smooth transition into the role.
  • Paid time off after six months, plus six days of holiday pay annually.
  • An annual bonus opportunity: earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications & Benefits
  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • HazMat endorsement preferred but not required.
  • Passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL can open more opportunities.
