Pride Health is seeking a Medical Collector Specialist to support its medical facility in Monroe, GA. This 3-month assignment (possibility of extension or conversion) offers an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with minimal on-site supervision.

Demonstrate exceptional phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Show flexibility and availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Maintain commitment to all policies and procedures, including company dress code, employee health and safety, and everyday excellence guiding principles.

Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.

Ensure reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Travel and flexible hours are required to work multiple locations and cover patient service centers/in-office phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.

Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Exhibit superior customer focus, open communication with peers, supervisors, and patients, ability to adapt to change, and knowledge of the business.

Work Experience:

Three years of phlebotomy experience are required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
