Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Server to join our team at The Caviar Co. in Tiburon, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of guests and seatings using OpenTable.
  • Enter and manage orders using Toast POS.
  • Introduce caviar selection and wine offerings to guests and make personalized recommendations.
  • Be knowledgeable about the chef's offerings and answer questions about the menu and wine list.
  • Follow The Caviar Co.'s standards of service and expectations.
  • Strive to provide guests with prompt, attentive, professional, and enthusiastic service.
  • Buss dishes, wipe tables, set cutlery and glassware, and follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining beverage inventory tracking.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of serving experience. Experience in a fine dining environment is a plus.
  • Must have an active Food Handler Card and RBS Alcohol Certification.
  • Strong wine knowledge and ability to execute flawless champagne service.
  • Able to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Able to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Expert multitasking ability.
  • Must be able to work standing on your feet for at least 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits:

$17/hour + Tips
