Your Role:

As a Youth Mentor Staff, you'll serve as a mentor, guide, and role model to Club Members, creating a safe and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and develop essential life skills. Guided by our three pillars-academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles-you'll ensure every Club Member receives the mentorship and support they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead daily group activities for youth ages 5-11 or 12-17, ensuring everyone is engaged and having a blast.
  • Foster meaningful connections with Club Members, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in areas such as leadership, creativity, physical activity, and academics.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment through active supervision, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.
  • Keep organized by maintaining accurate records and planning special events like guest speakers and field trips.
  • Above all, prioritize safety by following all Club policies and procedures.
