Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Services Clerk to join our team at HealthSouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive food as ordered by their Physician and/or Dietitian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble patient food trays correctly and expeditiously.
- Assist in the kitchen as necessary.
- Ensure patient meal services are carried out properly.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and food service principles.
