We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mount Auburn Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. As a DaVita nurse, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to patients with kidney disease, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position, working 4 days per week, including every other Saturday. You will be responsible for providing nephrology care to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in nephrology or critical care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
