  • Act as a substitute for the Site KPO leader when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
  • A strong commitment to continuous improvement principles with a focus on servant leadership.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in both independent and collaborative work settings.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in manufacturing or operations is advantageous.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement practices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, including fabrication, machining, and coatings, is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform tasks while standing, sitting, or walking.
  • Effective communication skills utilizing speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Physical capability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach as needed.
