Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Turning Operator to join our team at Brinkman Precision, Inc. in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Citizen Swiss machines, with a focus on setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Prior programming experience is not required, but is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate Citizen Swiss machines, including the A20, L20, and M32 models
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance
• Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals and deadlines
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of print reading and measuring techniques

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience operating Citizen Swiss machines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
