Clinical Duties of the Advanced Practice Nurse:

• Gather and assess patients' medical and psychosocial histories pertinent to their care.

• Perform physical assessments in accordance with company protocols.

• Request and evaluate laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.

• Provide preventive health counseling, program guidance, and education on products and supplements.

• Follow prescription protocols as outlined in the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.

• Maintain necessary documentation for patient care and medication management in the electronic medical record (EMR) as per company standards.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers and facilities when necessary.

• Conduct follow-up communications with patients to discuss their progress and address any concerns.

General Responsibilities of the Advanced Practice Nurse:

• Conduct weekly reviews of clinical reports and key performance indicators to provide oversight and mentorship to clinical staff.

• Act as the medical and clinical affairs liaison for the organization at various locations.

• Engage in continuous training initiatives and serve as an in-house trainer for medical personnel.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations.

• Formulate strategic recommendations to improve patient experience initiatives.

• Participate in the development and testing of new programs, services, and products.

• Exhibit strong project management capabilities and effectively create and monitor project work plans.
