Job Title: Critical Care Dialysis Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Dialysis Coordinator to join our team at Central Carolina Hospital. As a Critical Care Dialysis Coordinator, you will provide critical care services to patients requiring dialysis.

Central Carolina Hospital is a 137-bed acute care hospital with over 100 physicians and more than 500 employees. We offer a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, hospitalist services, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, and wound care.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$105,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical care services to patients requiring dialysis.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the physician or nurse manager.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state) required.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care nursing required.
