Job Description

As a Hotel General Manager at Abenov LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will manage a team of staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance workers, to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel management
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff, including hiring, training, and terminating employees
  • Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitoring and controlling hotel finances, including budgets and expenditures
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve hotel performance and increase revenue
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, retirement, and PTO.
