Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, delivering exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. With a focus on making a difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, you will play a vital role in providing meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
About This Opportunity:
- No dialysis experience is required; excellent paid training provided
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, rotating Saturday and holiday shifts - Sunday's off
- Hiring for multiple clinics in Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Medford, Weymouth, Dartmouth, North Andover, and Woburn

What You Can Expect:
- To build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting
- To be part of a supportive team that relies on each other in a positive environment
- To deliver care to patients who may require unique treatment plans and leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
- To oversee patient care with the support of PCTs, conducting observations, measuring stats, and machine setup

Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience may be helpful but is not required
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications are also welcome
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
