The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop effective care plans.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and situations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
