Optical Advisor

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients receive the highest quality care.
• Deliver the LensCrafters Experience, integrating the Brand Story and executing flawless patient interactions.
• Work closely with the Optometrist and retail team to ensure seamless execution of patient care.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on internal and external communication.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to describe features and benefits of various lenses and frames.
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Organization skills, sales skills, and problem-solving ability.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
