About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll be responsible for setting the standards for customer engagement, ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll work closely with our associates to create personalized shopping experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll help lead a team of retail and pet care associates who are passionate about pets and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with your team to ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll be responsible for driving overall retail initiatives that focus on creating an exceptional customer experience. This includes ensuring our associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions, building connections with pet parents, and maintaining a safe and fun environment in our stores.
