The Role:
As a Mental Health Technician at Devereux, you will be responsible for providing direct care to clients in a clinically based environment. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavioral interventions and outcomes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and two years of direct care experience or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services field
- Ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
