About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  • Facilities Preparation: Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, meetings, or banquets.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleaning stations, janitorial areas, and supplies in a 5-S manner to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Plumbing and Painting: Perform minor plumbing maintenance, including leak repairs and unclogging drains, and paint various structures and equipment as needed.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Participate in associate meetings, communicate concerns to management, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate general mechanical and electrical repair abilities, knowledge of construction and building maintenance, and ability to work at heights and carry objects up to 50lbs.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications related to maintenance and inventory management.
