We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing comprehensive inpatient therapy services to patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.

About the Role:

This full-time, permanent position involves working day shifts in a dynamic environment, offering a competitive salary range of $97,000 - $110,000. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions focused on improving mobility, self-care, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to determine functional limitations and create personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and post-discharge care.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Hawaii or eligibility for licensure.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy; Doctorate preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inpatient or rehabilitation services.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
