Cross Country Allied offers a unique travel opportunity for a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team in Kissimmee, Florida. This 13-week assignment provides an excellent chance to expand your professional horizons while exploring the beautiful state of Florida.
About the AssignmentThis exciting opportunity is available from January 2025, with a salary range estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on 36 hours of work per week and 12-hour shifts. The housing stipend will be determined upon confirmation of the position.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a cardiac cath lab technologist in interventional radiology, you'll assist the physician with catheterization of the heart and other minimally invasive procedures. Your duties will include:
- Preparing equipment and assisting surgeons during procedures
- Maintaining sterile conditions and monitoring patient vitals
- Assisting patients undergoing various medical procedures, such as angioplasty, ablation, embolization, stenting, thrombolysis, or biopsies
To be eligible for this role, you must have at least one year of recent acute care experience in interventional radiology. Additionally, you should hold ARRT Certification and BLS Certification (AHA) along with a current state license.
