The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing primary care in various ambulatory settings. You will work closely with attending physicians, residents, nursing staff, and other care providers to ensure optimum quality of patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical care to patients
- Conducting patient interviews and physical examinations
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records
A minimum of two years of experience as an APP in a physician practice or ambulatory environment is preferred. Oncology/Hematology experience is highly valued.
