About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Aide to join our team at Springbrook Center in Westbrook, ME. As a Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in care planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
  • Must obtain certification from a state-approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion
