Key Responsibilities
  • Formwork Design and Layout: Participate in the preparation of formwork/framework layout drawings in Autodesk Revit, analyzing and designing formwork to ensure efficient construction processes.
  • Project Coordination: Support the project team in establishing sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project, adapting schedules and work tasks accordingly.
  • Construction Monitoring: Work closely with the project team to monitor the safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects, optimizing formwork designs and collaborating with material coordinators to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance the company's ability to procure projects, performing special projects and completing all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Architectural Engineering.
  • Experience: No experience necessary, but construction experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ability to read and understand drawings.
