Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our dedicated team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care in our advanced cardiac catheterization lab.

Certification Requirements
  • Certifications: Candidates must possess certifications in Cardiac Cath, CRM, and PV.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
  • Utilize advanced equipment including Shockwave, Laser, and IABP.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Facility Information
  • Department: Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Bed Capacity: 383
  • Number of Procedure Suites: 5
Staffing and Patient Care
  • Team Composition: 1 Director, 1 CNC, 4.6 staff RNs, and 5 technologists.
  • Patient Ratios: 1 patient to 3-4 staff members.
Work Schedule
  • Shifts: Day shift for all staff; night shift on-call for emergencies.
  • Weekend and Holiday Work: Required as per facility policy.
