The Loss Prevention and Safety Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a secure environment for both customers and staff. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service while maintaining a vigilant presence at various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure the safety of the premises.
- Provide administrative support and assist with reception duties.
- Compile reports and maintain accurate documentation of incidents.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing safety concerns.
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to safeguard company assets and personnel.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in crisis management.
Daily Operations:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting customers and staff in a professional manner.
- Conducting regular patrols of the facility to deter theft and ensure safety.
- Addressing and de-escalating situations involving aggressive individuals.
- Reporting any significant incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in Loss Prevention or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with surveillance technology and systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
