We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at Wolf and Roadrunner in Santa Fe, NM. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient dishroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direction of our Executive Chef or Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership to coordinate job assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and guests.
  • Set up workstations before meal prep begins and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas and load, run, and unload dishwashing machines.
  • Monitor and report any technical issues with washing machines.
  • Manage cleaning supplies stock and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure a sufficient supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
  • Wash specific items by hand and store clean dishes and equipment properly.
  • Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area.
Requirements:
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification is required.
  • Ability to work on your feet in a humid kitchen environment for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift, push, reach for, and carry 30+ pounds frequently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
