Civility Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Support Staff to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients in their own homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship, friendship, and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Help clients maintain contact with family, friends, and the outside world
- Accompany clients to recreational and social events
- Assist with basic client transfers, as needed
- Complete and maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service
- Current driver's license and proper vehicle insurance coverage
- Related experience in caregiving or a similar field
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others
- Good physical and mental health
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
