Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Restaurant Setup: Set up the restaurant in preparation for service, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to tables, pour water, and clear tables between courses.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide excellent service and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Positively and proactively handle guest concerns and complaints.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the management team and fellow servers about next steps and guest needs.
Requirements
  • Availability: Weekend availability required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Licensing: Must have a Cobb County Pouring License or plan to attain one before hire.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant server experience.
  • Physical Demands: Able to move and/or lift heavier products, stand for long periods, and occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch.
