We are seeking an experienced Aviation Director to lead the operations of El Paso International Airport. The successful candidate will have a strong background in airport management, business administration, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct the airport's business and financial operations
- Oversee airfield and building maintenance, capital improvement programs, and long-range planning
- Review and evaluate service delivery methods and systems
- Provide administrative direction and supervision to staff
- Bachelor's degree in business, public, or aviation administration, or a related field
- Eight years of airport administration or operations experience, including four years in a managerial capacity
- Certification by the American Association of Airport Executives as an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) or certification as an International Airport Professional (IAP) from Airports Council International (ACI)
